How long does it take?

We will do my best to deliver within 6-8 days. However sometimes, due to high workload, it may take longer than expected.

What do I receive when portrait is completed?

JPG file or PNG file (High Quality/High Resolution Format) ready to print in any size. Digital Illustration will be emailed to you.

What exactly is a revision?

A revision is a change to the agreed upon artwork, that is, the artwork that was ordered. A revision isn't to create a new artwork.

Revisions are for the agreed upon art. For example, if you order a car drawing and then decide you want a train, then that's not a revision, it's a new order. A great example of a revision is having the shape or color or size of an object changed.

Can you create background as I want?

Yes, we can create any background as you want. Just tell us about your idea to me, and we will make it happen.

How many people can I get drawn in one picture?

As many as you want. We only take orders of 10 people per transaction, but as many transactions as needed to complete the goal.

Which kind of pictures do I need to provide?

Any kind of picture in which we can see your face/head works, it doesn't need to be high resolution.

Can I change my order?

You can change your order for 24 hours. If you placed your order more than 24 hours ago, we can't guarantee that we can change it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and more.

Returns / Refunds

Do you offer refunds?

As your order is 100% unique and custom made for you, we cannot offer refunds. If you have a problem with your final product, please email us and we'll do our best to make sure you're happy.

What if I am not happy with my portrait?

Our professional artists are incredibly talented and always does an amazing job. We are always ready and happy to make revisions until you are 100% satisfied.

If you're unhappy with the artwork specifically, we'll check to see if you submitted a photo that follows our photo tips. If you didn't follow our guides I'm afraid it's likely we can't help you. If you did follow the guide and it's clear we missed something, we'll correct it and send you a replacement.

We use the exact photo you submit during our design process. If the photo isn't high quality, your design might not be either.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

We accept all cancellation requests made within 24 hours of placing the order, no questions asked.

Any cancellation request sent after this 24 hour window will be accepted at our discretion. If accepted, you will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. This is because your artist will have been assigned and will have already spent time working on your artwork by this point.
